I was very happy to read the Straits Times editorial highlighting failure to signal and the absence of traffic police on the roads. I've been going on about this for the longest time. But then, I'm not the Editor of Straits Times. If no action is taken after this, then we must conclude political expedience, i.e. don't piss off the voters. The corollary of that is that our votes do mean something.
Which is a shame. Democracy is rule by the mob. No good can come of it.

The South Koreans being murdered in Afghanistan are martyrs. Let's hope God is listening and opens up a divine can of whupass on these heathens.

Osim In Trouble
Woohoo! Osim lost money! Are the people waking up? Maybe.
Anyway, the founder has already locked in his profits (by floating the company, Einstein). The losers are the shareholders. Dumbos.
Analysis: I've always wondered why anyone would pay $7000 for something that cost less than $1000 to manufacture. Maybe the suckers are starting to wonder too.
