Good Vehicle Law-Breakers Beware

Ah, a response to my crusade, albeit petty and anonymous. Good news, I got a letter published on The Straits Times Interactive. Don't think anyone important will read it, though.

As mentioned, it looks like the TP are outsourcing some of their work to private companies. Illegal parking, bus-lane infractions and the like. These guys are really on-the-ball, from the complaints I've read. Looks like I have to really keep my nose clean. Of course, the knife cuts both ways. And hopefully, it cuts deep the other way. Law breakers don't just speed, they use bus-lanes willy-nilly, park where they like etc. Perhaps justice will be served, in a roundabout way.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

Are there such things as good vehicle law breakers and bad vehicle law breakers?

You seem to have something against vans and lorries. Don't forget that the furniture in your house were all delivered in one. A highly educated person like you should know better than to stereotype and generalise. Didn't your teachers or parents ever taught you about black sheeps? Guess not huh. Anyway, I see more TP WRXs on the expressways and even neighbourhood small alleys than ever before.

You sit in your air conditioned clinic everyday, go home to your luxurious private house. Just how many hours a day do you spend on the roads? Are you sure the traffic police are missing? I think you are the real joke of the town right now. You want to see some TP action? Don't complain about how strict the law is because you were travelling at 91km/h in your SFM 2.4L Accord on the expressway. Speeding by a whopping 1km/h

You should spend more time on the roads. If you are so law abiding, why is it you cannot stand other vehicles overtaking you? That made you buy a 2.4L Accord to show them "who's your daddy?" Maybe little Nicole would like to answer that. Is this the right kind of parenting you present to your daughter? "See that car, he overtook me and I'm not happy, look how daddy's gonna take revenge"

Just because you are rich doesn't mean that everyone else is enjoying life like you. Remember like you said, the knife cuts both ways, I like you, I sure hope it cuts deeper the other way.

And remember the next time you buy anything that requires delivery? Don't complain if they're late. They have a speed limit to stick to.

And also, please, while you're pointing your finger at the general lot, there are also some in the lot that are closer to home than you think.

I think you need to do something about your anger. Go consult your colleagues and maybe you can get some discount on mental treatments.
